Robin Berg Tabakin, Esq., MBA
Robin Berg Tabakin, Esq. is the founder and CEO of Technoforce Leadership Development and has served in leadership roles on many councils and boards. She has expertise in unconscious bias and diversity. Ms. Tabakin was awarded numerous government contracts where she did assessments of workforce programs in companies and at universities. She developed expertise in assessing management and program effectiveness by conducting hundreds of interviews, compiling information, and designing programs and recommendations for positive change.
Ms. Tabakin is Founder and Past President of the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corp., an SBA Women’s Business Center, Chairwoman of the New Jersey Government Records Council, and an officer on the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Supplier Diversity Development Council and served on PSEG’s Supplier Diversity Advisory Council. Ms. Tabakin also served two terms as President of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and currently serves as the NJAWBO Public Policy Leader.Ms. Tabakin received the Supplier Diversity Development Council 2019 Outstanding Commitment Award and Advocate Awards for 2016 and 2017. She was also awarded the 2008 Woman in Business Champion of the Year, U.S. Small Business Administration, State of New Jersey as well as the 2008 Woman Owned Small Business (Advocacy Award), U.S. Small Business Administration, Region II (NY, NJ, PR, VI). Ms. Tabakin holds an MBA from Rutgers University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar.

Simone holds a BS in Pharmacy and an MBA from Howard University. She is co-author of the book: Achieving Results, is DISC certified, Emotional Intelligence (EQI) 2.0 certified, IDI Cultural Competence certified, Block Chain certified, Behavior Design certified, and accredited via the International Coaching Federation.
Laurel Bernstein is the President of Executive Coaching, a New Jersey based consulting and training firm focused on enhancing the performance and leadership skills for “C” level and VP level professionals as well as small business owners. Ms. Bernstein has interacted with coaching executives for over two decades, while working in tandem with some of the most powerful management teams among New York’s corporate elite.
Laurel has an extensive track record as a highly effective facilitator and trainer, working with organizations to develop the key initiatives that leverage talent. In this capacity for both retention and attraction strategies, she serves as a corporate coach. Ms. Bernstein’s portfolio includes building fundamental skill development for confidence and professionalism, as well as other relevant performance areas. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Laurel has served a variety of corporations in critical roles, where she directed both line and staff functions.
Currently, Laurel advises many companies helping their owners and executives evaluate their career paths, strategic initiatives and team development. She has an impressive track record of improving organizational effectiveness and individual achievements, which are the hallmarks of success. She had helped executives evolve the way they lead to keep up with the needs of the changing environment.
Laurel holds a B.A. in Science Education from Montclair State University and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from Baruch CUNY Zicklin Business School iCoach New York. She is currently President Elect for the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners in Essex County and serves as Secretary for the Association of Women in Communications of New Jersey. She has also served as the president of various community initiatives.
